2010 PolyU Fashion Show

2010 PolyU Fashion Show

ThanksGOD. The only ticket from Icy's friend was acquired as she was not free and know that I would interesting in it. Many ppl were inttend to join with it, because the last year one was really fantastic. For this year, the same.

It's really inspired me alot! One of the most outstanding work, "紅" by Wong Lok Man Kay, it's about clothings in red, ofcouse. The image of the Chanel pre-fall collection which was presented at Paris-Shanghai pre-fall runway, was emerged on my mind while the model came out, because the "紅" colloection is injected the elements of Chinese cultures. Familiar with the Chanel collection, there are Chinese hat, dressing with Chinese floral patterns. The other one is, "Lines As Control" by Lee Yik Yu Roxy. Designer plays the game of colours and lines matching, as if the style of neon *v* Also, there is a collection, "Untitled" by Fan Chun Pang Stephen. Even though I don't understand what the design want to presented, its full of presonal characteristics and so impressive, with the special features of 3D eyeglassses, big shoulders and England shoes etc.

In these days, just realized that, beside having the factors of indepened, good arthetics and a grap firm on tailoring, doing fashion should have a narrow- mind as recevied different kind of information to create the wonderful colour matching and outfit. But before this, I better develop the basic skills, rules and knowleadge so that can free feel to express via fashion. I hope it can present the topics of social phenomenons which people should concern (e.g. world peace, war, politics) and express the postitive messages to the others. Or If i can't do that, just be a buyer.

Well, sounds so prefect, good luck to me >:)
